| Flyin G Bonsais Fine Design April 10, 2011 Bay roan Appaloosa Miniature filly When we went to purchase Cheetah, we got to see the whole herd. In a pasture of about 20 horses, Design was the one who followed us everywhere, not leaving Jade alone at all. It was pretty much a done deal that we "had" to have this adorable little filly. She has personality plus and is just so much fun. Weaned her and brought her home, Jade has been working with her every day since. She is now halter broke and loves to be brushed. Design was born solid bay but within a couple months has changed to a bay roan. She has all the Appaloosa characteristics and we are hoping she will throw beautiful color when she is old enough to breed. For now, she will be Jades companion and Jade will continue to work with her and next year will take her to a couple shows. Picture of Sire and Dam below. She definitely has the background to throw color!!! |
